I spent 7 hours in the pasir ris library today. :O I grabbed brunch at subway at 11.30am, went up to the library at 12pm and worked in there till 6pm. And I was pretty productive haha. At least I finished that 60 pages of econs notes, feel slightly more prepared for tuesday's test now. Did a bit of hist and xueshan too.
Cos I was sitting at a 4-seater table, ppl joined me here and then. First was a couple who wanted to read stuff at the library cafe, and I heard the auntie talking abt how ex the drinks are. xD Yeahh true I noticed a price-jack in the price of drinks! Initially I thought it was my own poor memory, but I clearly rmb my regular hilarious hazelnut's $5, now the sign says $5.80. :O But it's because they're serving a much larger cup now, so I guess it's okay. Lucky I have my coffee loyalty card hahaha. Now I save even more. :D
Then a NUS guy came by not long after the couple left. He bought food, sat diagonally opp me and read his notes. And he nodded off lol! xD I looked over for a bit later, and realised his notes are like those readings which ms krishnan gives us. :O Cheemmm. He stayed longer. I feel so productive next to him, I was clearing my 60 pages of econs notes with much concentration. And before he left, at about 5.45pm, he passed me an invitation to his church hahah.
Oh no my life is becoming no-life. And I think I'm getting numb already.
Today's 茶馆 lesson was epic man.
王老师 was telling us another one of his stories, about him going to China and how he was allocated to the wrong hotel. And the hotel happened to be one where there used to be a lot of spies who stayed there and secretly killed people in their rooms. So he stayed overnight in a room, and had a ghostly encounter...
At some random anti-climax moment,
Nic tan opened her eyes really BIG, towards my direction (she's sitting at the door end while i'm sitting directly opp her at the window end), and SCREAMEDDD. It was such a shrill scream (you know how she screams, it's even worse than that), that it got me freaked out and I screamed, thinking there was sth outside the window. I screamed and kinda jumped onto simin lol! Then I think she got a huge shock, and james jumped too. Like all 3 of us were really scared la, I wasn't facing the window then and I didn't dare to look out at all. Zina's case was she saw nic scream, and she looked out of the window, and she jumped with a short time lag after the 3 of us. At first I thought she wanted scare us lol, but her expression looked totally scary and real. We later found out it was because she saw a 'head' bobbing up and down outside the window, and it was the usual CLEANER who was cleaning the window! Lololol. All of us had a really good laugh after the scare la. It shook me from my sleepy mood hahah.
Attended the 复旦大学 talk. The school seems not bad. May consider applying for it hmm, though i'm still more inclined to 台大, same as xh and simin. At least expenses there are like cheap (you can get 3 meals a day for RMB15) in the school canteen.
Another out-of-the-ordinary thing happened when xh and I took the train home after the university talk. We spotted a shoebag left by some army guy under the seat when he dropped off at simei, and he didn't bothered turning back when a uncle whistled for him. We stared at the shoebag, and was like,
XH: Oh. Suspicious item!
What if this guy left his-
Both: AMRY BOOTS.
XH: What if it's a bomb? *Starts ranting about bombs and her sins lol*
Me: I think we should just bring it to the control station la.
Then after a guy came by the seat at tampines, saw the shoebag, exclaims "WAH." and sat down on the seat. Then he started fiddling with his phone and kicking the shoebag. I thought at least he would take it down to the control station when we arrive at pasir ris. But when the train stopped at pasir ris, he just pretended nothing has happened and left. So I went over to get the shoebag (cos I thought it wouldn't be right to just leave it there), and xh opened the shoebag while we were going down the escalator, and inside there was a pair of smelly sports shoes and socks lol! Not even army boots hahah. At least we did a good deed today. Just that I'm slightly disappointed at the guy's (who sat down on the seat and kicked the shoebag) none-of-my-business attitude.
Anyway, hist lecture by prof yong tmr again! xD Omg I'm sleepyyy.

The joy of giving. :) Though this vday felt less special cos all of us are quite busy, and there was no vday mood, I guess. xD Still I made an effort to pack lots of presents for B1 and friends, and neglected my xiaocao haha. But I managed to finish it in school today so all's good.
Went to royce to get chocs for yijie and zina. Yay I'm happy to see my colleagues again, although this time as a customer. xD Indah's working perm part-time there, so good! Their business is like really good; most nama choc flavours ran out of stock, but i managed to get the seasonal 'caramelized' flavour for them. :)
My heart-shaped balloons which didn't look like hearts anymore when I brought them home. xD
My 6c12 angel's linyun, and she bought me a box of raisins lol! But I like, it's like one of my healthier vday gifts hahaha.
My dance angel's zuoyue, and she gave me this tin of wafers. :) Nicee. I didn't get to pass my dance angel and mortal presents cos I had to go for the cny concert rehearsal thing aww. :( 
Yuhui's gift. Lol it looks like the mini version of the giant candy strips I'd gotten for some people.CNY doesn't feel like CNY anymore. :( With 4 essays and new history readings and lots of upcoming tests (econs, history, CLL) to study for.
