Hope you guys enjoyed the performance! :D

Gosh I'm really happy that I didn't screw up my performances. Thanks to all those practices (for city people especially) and the diao-ings by the seniors! Deng laoshi actually changed steps last minute yesterday morning! And we were so worried that we would forget the steps on stage, but we did them properly after all. :) Actually, if there was one thing I was really really worried about, it'd be the flip we all had to do. Thank goodness I did it nicely (and did not knock into Yan Mi) for the perfomance!

My parents were sitting all the way in front at the first row, in the centre somemore! My mum said she recognised me in city people (when we were all back facing the audience) from my nike shoes lol. Haha but I didn't see them at all 'cos I wasn't wearing my specs. Which was good, 'cos I wouldn't have stage fright from looking at people. I totally devoted my emotions into city people yesterday, which made me look like an emo barbie doll (because of my curly ponytails and pail face), but we weren't supposed to smile anyway, so yeah. Thank you sooo much jocelyn for styling my hair! :D And people who did makeup for me, like Anthea, Wei Jia, Shi En, Yan Mi and all.

Window of hope was good too, I think! Cindy said it was touching. :D The hug from Anthea right before the curtains opened for syf totally warmed me up for window of hope. I like the dance myself; it's really beautiful, especially with the lighting effects. To think all of us were worried about making people "sleep" when we learnt the dance haha. I think I looked too serious in the performance though. There's a very big contrast when I smile and when I don't smile. I was supposed to looked hopeful! xD Heh we're performing for Asean Plus Summit's closing ceremony this Friday again!

I love everyone in modern dance! Although I can't dance very well, but I received loads of help from fellow dancers, and I appreciate it a lot. :) This is my first concert in years (since my last performance in my primary 6 musical hahaha) and it meant a lot to me. I'm glad I didn't flop my stuff! And I'll still continue to work hard!

And I'm getting a lot of heartaches (literally) when I watch this show. I think it's because my heart keeps skipping beats, for some reason. Okay maybe for the more romantic scenes. It's very nicee! Hahaha I still want to watch even though it's tiring my heart. xD

SAKAE BUFFET 11:08 PM

Went to Sakae @ Bugis for the buffet I'd promised to treat James, Si Min and Zina because of my ______. Okay guess it did help cheer them up? Omg but I'm currently sick of sushi! Especially the tamago and cucumber ones. I had to clear those plates on my own because the 3 of them doesn't like jap egg and cucumber. -.- But there were some really nice ones too, like the red plates one haha.

I ate so much today I'm going to burst! Plus mass pe was cancelled today. Guilty.

Took neoprints too. My surname kept getting played with in the decos! xD Actually I get new words created for me by them like, everyday.

My eyes are tired now because I copied like how many times of my chinese zuowen before I am finally satisfied with my handwriting. Omg I think I have OCD! I wasted like 10 pieces of paper in this process. Oops.

Kaelem :D 11:52 PM

Today's my cousin Ian's son, Kaelem's 3rd birthday! Haha my cousin's like 30+ years old; it's pretty weird calling him by his name although rightfully I should. They celebrated Kaelynn's 1st birthday together too. Okay I'm biased; I spammed photos of Kaelem because he's uber cute! :D After all he's the birthday boy today haha.

That's my cousin Ian with Kaelynn. :D

I shall elaborate with more details tomorrow. :D

Anyway, PW meeting was super efficient today! We thought of great ideas hahaha. GPP's proceeding smoothly yay. One less thing to worry about!

CLEP scholarship. 8:54 PM

Yay I received the CLEP scholarship! :) I was notified in the most anti-climax way, during my history tutorial, somemore it's only after James asked me whether I'd received the scholarship, and I thought it was a random question. Hahaha after I confirmed with Wu laoshi I couldn't concentrate at all of course!

But somehow this happiness didn't last for very long. 'Cos my friends were unhappy, and it kind of affected my mood too. And I couldn't do much to cheer them up because whatever I said would turn out wrong. I'm not trying to show off or anything, I'm just... happy. Because this was the first time I achieved something, relatively big. And it's also probably because of the fact that I have something for my parents to be proud of, especially after my aunt recently announced that my cousin received 2 out of 3 scholarships she'd applied for uni, so she actually had to pay money to reject one of them. I don't know, it's kind of demoralizing when I didn't receive like words of "congrats" and instead emo faces. Guess it's because I'm a very people-person. I think I understand how they feel; it's like how I'd treated the teacher CIP programme so importantly and I was super upset when I didn't get selected. Now my happiness kind of turned into some sort of guilt, and I don't like that feeling.

Sigh I realised that I'm thinking more nowadays. And it's not a good thing, because I'm not the happy-go-lucky me like before. Oh well, maybe JC is changing me! Hopefully I don't get wrinkles for reflecting so much or something hahaha.

Project Meeting! 8:43 PM

Had project meeting for GPP today! Yay we were all pretty efficient, though we were all late! xD Planned for meeting at 10am, but I think we dragged on to 11.30am before we started proper, with all the eating in Starbucks and stuff. But Zina and I "researched" for our Econs project on Spinelli too. ^^ Studying is Starbucks is super nice! Especially in the decently quiet Citylink Mall Starbucks. :D It shall be my fave study hunt. Tried the breakfast fritata which was strongly recommended by the shop assistant and decided to try the Dark Berry Mocca Frappucino which was limited edition. I like trying new stuffs haha, but it was quite bitter actually, because of the dark choc I think. Tasted Jie Qi's caramel latte and Melinda's matcha latte, and they were pretty good too! I think next time I'll just go for the classic iced latte haha.

Later Jie Qi, Zina and I went all the way to Bishan to gather info from the Singapore Children's Society. Heh for me it was on the way, 'cos I had to go for my NDP usher interview which is just next door to the SCS in the same office building! I even found my print material for EoM hehe. I like our PW group and our project choices! CMC => Bullying. This'll be able to help me revise for EOYs at the same time haha. When we reached Junction 8 Jie Qi and Zina followed me around to hunt for a plain collar tee which was required for my interview, and in the end I bought 3 pink tops at Newbie, one polo which was not plain but had a plain pink background (as in no stripes and patterns), and 2 tees. Okay I'm quite happy with my buys except that they are a tad too pink, but Jie Qi and Zina convinced me that the prints look nicer in pink, compared to the other colours available. Sigh I'm spending too much money these days, I should start saving up again. Yesterday I just invested in some expensive foundation to cover up my hideous spots today after facial on Sunday. Yes Yi Jie pulled me to do facial with her last Sunday. -.- Sighh I hope the popped pimple marks heal soon!

Anyway my NDP usher interview should be quite successful, I think. I signed up showing interest to be a leader too, and they posed me questions like, "What would you do if an old lady fall down and a little boy is lost at the same time? " And I was going on about directing my fellow ushers to do this and that and blah blah (I was taught this way, at least in SJ: handle the overall situation and leave minor tasks to your peers), totally forgetting that there would be policemen and medic there, so I could actually go to them for help. The person told me that haha. But anyway I was inexperienced so yeah. Signed up all alonee! :( Because no one was willing to commit saturdays like me. But I made friends at the interview already haha. Got NP, RP and also HCI people waiting for interview. Somemore got 2 stay in Pasir Ris one! :D Yay.

Gosh. I slept on Bus 53 from Bishan all the way to Pasir Ris and kept knocking on the window. And now I can actually feel a bruise on my head, and it hurts! ): Oh no I hope it doesn't make me stupid; I knocked on the window a lot of times! I even knocked my eye on the window, luckily never turn black also haha.

I'm currently watching Shawn Chen & Michelle Chia's celeb wedding, and I'm super envious of them! xD Pretty dresses, flower bouquet made of crystals and dessert buffet! Awwww when I saw them walking in on tv I felt touched to tears hahaha. Just like how I felt that time when I worked as a waitress in Raffles Hotel for a wedding banquet. I look forward to my future wedding which would only happen years and years later. I look forward to meeting my future husband too! ^^

Si Hui, Si Min, Zina and I bought James this cup from the sj booth on Wednesday! :D Omg it's really cute la, and the character looks like him haha. Managed to pass it to him today, he saw it and laughed hahaha.

Omg sir cheehoe promoted this cup to Si Hui, Si Min and Zina, and they bought it for me!

Little Miss Scatterbrain. xD Haha Zina wanted to customise one "Little Miss Nobrain" at first! Luckily she did not.

I bought a blueberry cupcake from the sj booth. It's a bit too decorated though; with all that chocolate and toppings. I usually go for simple flavours like oatmeal raisin haha. But since it's work from the juniors, I'm most willing to support! :D Quite nice.

This is the grilled sandwich from Max Sandwich Grill and Creamery in Tampines 1! :) It's called "Pale One".

The jollibean heart-shaped pancake for Mother's Day promotions! :D Inside's a combination of green tea and red bean flavours. Very jappy!

I've just started appreciating Ms Krishnan's weekend presents (as claimed by Zina) for the history students. I shall continue to appreciate Burma hahaha. xD

Omg I'm craving to work for ROYCE again! >< Haha, it's all because a chocolate flavour I saw at the Japanese department of Cold Storage at Tampines 1 yesterday. Venezuela Bitter! :) And it poked my heart with all the nice memories working in Taka last Dec... But, I don't really have time to work in the June hols! Well, actually I just have to study for my common test after the hols, which is actually quite important. Sigh I miss the times when I could enter taka when it was still closed, switch on the display lights in the Royce booth and welcome customers with a bow after the takashimaya anthem! :D

Went out with Liz after school yesterday, like finally! I had to look after the CLEP room so I could only leave school at 6.30pm. >< Nobody visits the room one! So I had the whole room to myself and was re-copying my econs notes. Met up with her at about 7.30pm; she was late even though she left school at like 2.45pm. -.-Tried grilled sandwiches which was very nice! Heh I'd wanted to try them but was afraid she wouldn't want to 'cos she doesn't take bread, after all. But she doesn't mind toasted ones haha.

Heh. I'm using my free period to blog now, with Zina and James, who have requested for me to mention them in this post, while James is bending his comp screen down and Zina is squatting next to the CPU and they are both listening to some funny youtube video with earphones plugged at the CPU, like "the world's worst singers" hahaha.

これは私の第一回日本語でブログを書く。四年の日本語の勉強はだんだん忘れている。ああ、だめ！練習しなくてはない。この二日、早稲田高校の学生へ私の学校へ行った。日本学生はきれいと思う。

先週、私の友達（James さん、Si Min さん、Zina さん）はいたずらをした。私はぜんぜん疑った！今日、友達は最後に私を言った。友達は携帯電話中の電話番号を換えれて、私はSMS を違う人に送ってしまった。やれやれ。時々、私はいらいらしても、友達は知らない。

今日のGPテストはあまりよくない。残念だ！でも、合格するつもりと思う。。。

学んだ時、Xiu Han さんと一緒に図書館へ行った。図書館でCLLテストを勉強しようと思った、でも私はうちに帰ってテレビを見こうと考えていた。コーヒーを買って、私たちはうちに帰った。５時半のドラマが大好き。ドラマの女優と私の性格が同じと思った。私も完璧な男性をさがしたい。。。ハハ！

今私はテストを勉強しようと思う。じゃね。

Nothing much happened today. Just went out with mum to White Sands for lunch. Superdog replaced Swensons! Heh there was a pretty good opening promotion, so we went to try it out. The hotdogs taste so fresh and really nice~ :D

I tried Chicken Ripper. Hee I think it looks very delicious in this picture.

My meal came with Iced Chocolate too. It's nicee!

Omg Jollibean is selling HEART-shaped pancakes for Mother's Day! And the filling is like red bean with matcha. I'm so tempted to buy it and take a picture of it and it it hahaha. And that'll happen soon, soon! :D

It was quite an efficient day; I did lots of reading. I shall attempt to read Time 100 in greater detail; though I don't know half the people featured in there. I know Barack Obama though! ^^

Need to continue with my econs project now, cheerios!

Grandpa's 5th death anniversary 8:38 PM

Went visiting to memorate grandpa's death anniversary today. It's been 5 years now. I forgot we always go visiting on Labour Day, so I had to miss squad outing. :( Sigh I'd wanted to go, but oh well.

Omg and my sec one cousin brought her boyfriend to auntie's house today. -.- Nowadays people get into relationships at such a young age! Nevermind, I shall slowly wait for the perfect one. :D Okay la, but that guy is quite good looking and reserved, though he dyed his hair. I think he can tame my cousin. Heh and I thought he looks a bit like JC. It's something like the typical boy look. Speaking about him, I wonder how he's doing haha. My mum and her sisters kept nagging at the boy, telling him to “好好照顾她!" O.O My bro, my other cousin and I were pretty amused haha. I think I'll never want to bring a boyfriend to visit relatives, he'll be super embarrassed.

My auntie Janet treated us to Thai cuisine today. :) We went to her house 'cos the place where my grandpa's ashes are placed is just 5 mins away from her house. Though I can't take spice, I didn't eat anything spicy today and I thought the food was pretty good haha.

I tried pineapple rice for the first time today. It's really quite good! :D

Auntie Janet ordered mango salad for me. The mango so does not look or taste like mango! It's those long strips in the picture. And it's sour, but quite nice too.

I tried the thai red milk tea too. It's really red haha. I like all sorts of milk tea. ^^
