Std 1s came in today. We have 31 of them! :D LOL, I was actually appointed by Candice to teach the new Std1s this bear bear song. So I actually solo-ed the dance and singing by myself when I demo-ed for them! Well, they managed to learn it, so good! :D Though this was something I've never done nor thought of doing before. Hahaha I don't know what came after me la. Well, all of us tried to be highh! But... guess our activities were slightly boring la. Somemore it was raining. So we had to keep to the classroom. I think, if we'd played captain's ball as like tradition, it'd be more fun la! Still remembered our instructors joining us with the game on our very first training! :) That was a good start. Really hope Std1s strength stay like this!
Aww man. The Std 3s were really sweet; they gave the instructors who left their squad a board of messages each. But... my messages smudged away! Yes, they totally smudged away, those water-soluble marker ones. It's super depressing! :( And after that I was totally drenched when I was walking home in the rain from Pasir Ris MRT (Yes, I was so full handed I couldn't even take out an umbrella. Actually I didn't have one, but still.) Then Mae's message went from blur to clear. Clear white. Totally gone! :( RARH. But thank goodness there were ball-point pen and permanant marker messages; those stayed. EEE. I love the Standard3s!
Kayaking course again, tomorrow. I realise the importance of applying sunblock already! :) Daphne and Hoyee's sunburns were pretty bad. :/ Yikes, heard we have to do capsize drill and return back to original position again! Oh well, see how things go tmr ba.
Today is such a happy yet depressing day. Much more to tha happy side la. I was even happy that I guessed correctly a lot of questions for my LA vocab diagnostic test! :) Depressing was due to my disappearing messages la, from my dear Std3s. And my contacts were up to something again, like last week. It's always my right eye's lens! So I took it off and went half-blind. But still can see la, so it's okay.
