Yup, today is the 1st training of 2006. it's been sometime since i've blogged, i didnt switch on my com these days coz nid 2 do hw and sch stuff... yup.. so today early in the morning i fell down flat on the floor while carrying my bag 2 the classroom. i tripped on audrey. and this was the 1st time i ever fell in sj and the 1st time i hurt my left elbow and right kneecap all @ once (i hardly ever fall and even if i do, i hardly had any injuries)... my elbow has a contusion i think.. while my kneecap has an abrasion. i was so worried whether i cud stil do pumpings coz it really hurt b4 pt and i was lik askin yijie whether i shud do pumpings anot durin sir hw's briefing for countless times lol... well anyway i stil managed to do all pumpings in the routine training, be it the training itself or punishments. i tried to push myself forward in a way tt only the front part of my kneecaps touch the grnd (tt abrasion was @ the bottom part of my kneecap) ya so it was a very tiring and awkward position haha...
The pt... well we did lotsa running lotsa shouting and lotsa repeating of stuffs... lik warmup exercises & response... & punishments... haiz yea overall the pt was well, tiring.. for me, coz my stamina aint really tt gd... yup and we did crunches on the field... whoa it was really muddy and wet and stuff tt girls dun lik... yup and our pt kits were lik totally muddy and brownish.. mine was a minor case while some of my squadmates... guess their t-shirts need more scrubbing when they get home... yeah and it was the 1st time i cudnt do crunches without using up alotta energy.. (i mean i loved crunches coz i've always thot them as the easiest out of the 4bx next to half squats) my stomach muscles.. they were lik of no use today la.. and i took much effort to do 1 crunch... guess it's becoz of too much running ba..
Oh and we had punishment for changing without waiting for squadmates and for bein late for fall-in after changing into uniform.. yea so we changed from pt kit to uniform and then to pt kit and lastly uniform. it's lik ridiculous la.. i mean the pt kit's so dirty after tt muddy incident.. but ya we stil had to do everything as instructed.. yea n uniform inspection i was pumped 10 for crumpled socks (lol i wore my right sock on the wrong side, the line on the sock was @ the bottom so there was this lump of cloth meant for the back of my sole popping out near my ankle there) and this was the 1st time i was pumped for bad bearing =(
Hmm and yea it was footdrill la.. footdrill was rather normal today so i haf nth 2 say abt them... but it was a really tiring session since were directly under the burning sun and all these marching up and down... wow... i was so glad i survived the whole footdrill session i was so afraid the hot weather might affect me...
And then there was this part at the end when we were dismissed when the seniors say we "cannot sling bags"... yeah n i seriously thot it meant lik cannot carry bag with one strap... den seniors say we can go then i carried my bags with 2 straps and then the seniors started scolding.. wa xia4 si3 ren2 i didnt realise i'd done anything wrong until moses gave me a sharp whisper remindin me abt my bag.. tt was when i realised i misunderstood the seniors' words lol...
Yup and tt's basically wut happened 4 today's training la... im so glad there werent any dead bodies @ the end of the training lik wut my squadmate (paiseh i 4got who it was) mentioned haha... yea den we 1 big grp go kfc and started chit-chattin n gossiping and stuff again la.. ppl were tokin in groups ya...
Man my home (living room) is infested with black ants these few days.. alotta ants are really lik crawling everywhere lor... yesterday 1 even crawled up to my hand shoulder... and 1 even to my head ( i dunno hw it managed 2 gt there, but i juz felt tt my forehead felt ticklish and i then hit my head with my hand and there it was, a dead ant on my head) yikes... my dad told me it was because of the fact tt it has been raining these few days and their ant holes are full of water and so they come up here 2 shelter from the rain. but it was such a wrong choice for the ants lol... coz i killed more than a dozen ants during these 3 days la.. they climb up on my table when i was doin homework.. yea so i juz kill them lor. hmm but i seriously suspect something sweet in the living room tt the ants know abt and 4 me 2 find out...
Haha yup i hafta go do hw le.. i stil haf 5 chaps of Animal Farm 2 read some imaginary toy to draw and zhou ji... okay byebye!
