OOH it's NEW YEAR!! i'm a supposedly 14-yr-old now! haha.. anyway, yesterday the countdown... it wasnt fun @ all. NEVER go wif parents to a countdown. for my case, i went wif my mum dad n bro.. n i was the only 1 tt's enthu. goin wif them is lik goin by myself.. i cudnt go 'high' lik those ppl in the crowd whu were shouting n cheering and... my parents and bro were lik so sian lor... when i wanted to go n squeeze into the crowd they said i might get trampled by people.
When britney spears came out i was so so excited but when i turned bak n glanced @ them they had no expression on their faces @ all. no excitement no nothing. btw, britney spears was hot! lol... @ least it gt some guys around me doin the sorta whistle tt guys do on pretty girls... ya and when it was the countdown i cudnt help but go abit high wif the crowd.. and it's lik when it came 2 "1!" and everyone started cheering n clapping, my parents wanted to go already.
It was only abit after the strike of midnight n they wanted to leave. there was sth lik a disco party in d'marquee @ tt time... n the "move it" disco mix was playing.. there was a crazy frog hit also i think...
I'd wanted to stay 4 a lil while longer, but they insisted on going. n y was tt? they wanted to catch the last bus. gay.(lol i gt influenced by th and eve) i mean, downtown east so near my hse if we cannot catch last bus we can always walk home wut. but apparently they were too lazy to walk la. i'd plan 2 walk home le, whether there was a bus anot. i mean, it's so cool to walk home slowly and breathe in the new air of year 2006. haha maybe im silly la, but i seriously didnt want to take a bus home.
Yup so we went to the bus stop. there were a couple of buses tt were goin 2 the interchange (which means we stil haf to walk a 10-min walk to the bus stop) but my parents n bro didnt wanna take. i wanted to take la, since i cannot walk the whole distance home, at least i cud walk a shorter distance home. but they wanted to take a bus tt stopped at the bus stop tt was much more nearer to my home la. which means only 3 min of walkin to my doorstep. gay la. n the bus really came, so i cud only walk 3 min distance home.
Did i even mention tt my parents didnt even buy me a lightstick bracelet to sort of lik.. add to the atmosphere? it only costed 2 bucks, they didnt even want to spend 2 bucks to make me happy. instead they spent 2 bucks plus to buy my bro french fries.
Ahh! so goin to the countdown was a nightmare 4 me. i mean, except for the fact tt i saw britney spears haha... her songs were really nice... i shall go wif my frenz next time. i dunno if my parents'll even let me la. but i'd make up my mind nt to go countdowns wif my family alone.
Hmm. and no1 reads my blog! i juz changed my tagbox to flooble n so far only tzuhsiang has tagged. boohoo. im sad =( lol juz kiddin juz kiddin... but i'd love more messages on my chatterbox. oh well, i dun really blog regularly so ya.. it's natural tt nt much ppl go to my blog ba...
Haaha ya. so i guess tt's all 4 now. wishing all people around me a HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR and may all new year resolutions come true!! =)
